For those of you still on the quest, I won’t go into details, but I finished “The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess” tonight. I haven’t finished all of the crazy sidequests. Not sure if I ever will. There are a lot of them. But there was 48 hours worth of main quest as well.
This game builds on pretty much everything that was good about the last several Zelda games. (Unless of course your really like the cell shading from Wind Waker.) It’s epic. Hyrule is massive and detailed down to unique patches of bushes and grass all over the place. Man, this game must have taken forever.
There are a few weaknesses. I’m well aware of the fact that the Wii will never look as good as the 360 or the PS3, but I’m almost certain that developers can do better than this. I’m sure it’s mostly because TP was developed with the GameCube in mind. But still.
If you have a Wii and don’t have Twilight Princess, I have to ask you why. It’s simply on of the best adventure/RPG games I’ve ever played.
I have yet to hear anyone complain about this game. Sounds like Nintendo hit a home run.
